Refund Policy

We are proud of our ghee and stand by our products. If you receive your ghee in an unexpected way, such as broken or leaking, please let us know and we will take care of that for you.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact us at hello@gheedelight.com with a photo of the item (if damaged) and the reason for return. We will instruct you on how best to go about your return, depending on the situation. If the item is damaged or faulty, we may ask you to send it back to us.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 14 days from order date is not eligible for refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Receiving a Refund for a Damaged Product

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us right away by emailing hello@gheedelight.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will either send out a new product or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.  Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

Receiving a Refund for a Return 

In case you wish to return an item for a refund, please send us back the product and a refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
